Delivery

Delivery times are subject to product availability and the destination address.
As a general guideline, deliveries within Australia typically take 3 to 7 business days, while deliveries to New Zealand may take 7 to 15 business days. Where circumstances are beyond our control, deliveries may take longer in some cases.

Australian education product orders are eligible for complimentary shipping within Australia.  A flat-rate delivery charge of AUD $9.90 applies to all other online orders within Australia, and NZD $13.95 applies to all New Zealand orders.  Delivery charges are quoted on an individual order basis. If your order includes multiple products that are shipped separately, the total freight charge will be distributed across the shipments. The combined freight cost will not exceed the applicable flat-rate charge for your region. 

Within Australia, deliveries to street addresses are handled by StarTrack Courier Service, while Australia Post handles deliveries to PO Boxes and Locked Bag addresses.  For deliveries to New Zealand, we operate a weekly shipment from Australia through our partnership with DHL Global Forwarding, ensuring reliable service across all delivery types.

 

Cancelling your order

Orders may be cancelled provided the items have not yet been shipped from our local warehouse.  Digital products, electronic media and items shipped directly from our print partner are sold on a firm sale basis and are not eligible for cancellation

Returns

If you have received an incorrect, faulty, or damaged product from an order placed directly with Cambridge University Press & Assessment, please contact us at enquiries@cambridge.edu.au, quoting your order reference number and reason for return.  The Customer Service team will review your request and, upon approval, issue you with a return authorisation to return the product.  All return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.  Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase made directly through Cambridge University Press & Assessment.  If you have purchased your product through a third party, you must contact them to discuss returning your order. 

Full details of our returns policy are available on the Terms of Trade page and are also printed on the reverse side of every Cambridge University Press invoice.  Please note that electronic media and digital products are sold on a firm sale basis and are not eligible for return.
