Delivery

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the products you are ordering and the location of the delivery address. You will be advised of estimated delivery times and the exact delivery cost during the checkout before you are asked to pay for your purchase.

 

Cancelling your order

It's OK to change your mind. You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days and receive a full refund.

To cancel your order, simply contact customer services by phone, calling +44 (0)1223 326050 or email directcs@cambridge.org. Please provide your name, home address, order reference number and, where available, your phone number and email address. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (online receipt or invoice) and in good condition.

Refunds
